TOTAL MAKEOVER!

Makeup can do wonders for you!
When I go over to Edisto, I won't wear any make up, except for eye shadow, because
 that  helps buffer the sun from my eye lids.I look so worn out, that  without the
benefits of some make up, I'm kinda scary!It gives new meaning to "a new creation."
It's the same way when we let Christ do a total makeover job on us too.
"The old has gone; the new has come!" He takes the old us and creates a new person. It's
 not just our face either. It's all of us that's new, and this new makeover will last forever!
 That's what I call getting your money's worth~~~~
Only, it didn't cost you a thing! It was a free gift from God to you!
You just have to accept the gift!
Take the gift and look beautiful for the King!

USE ME!

This October, my church is hosting a world wide mission's conference and there will be some
64 missionaries attending from around the world. One of the songs that the choir will be singing
that night is called "Use Me." The words say:"If you can use anything,Lord, You
can use me; take my hands Lord, and my feet; touch my heart, Lord, speak through me.
If you can use anything Lord, You can use me."
My, my, my what a prayer for all of us to use. If He can use anything, He certainly
can and should use us!

EARS TICKLED

Driving into Yemassee today, on the Old Sheldon Church Road, I watched
several cars pass me on a double yellow line and marveled at how we would
 never have done that when I was growing up!We had such a high regard for the
 law and the rules that were given!
However, God's word does say that in the latter days men will have a disregard
for these things, and that they will seem like foolishness to them. They will only
 want to have their ears tickled.
I guess passing on a double yellow line could be constitute getting your
ears tickled, if if the tickle comes from the patrolman that stops you! (lol)
