LINE OF SUCCESSION

Our sermon this morning, touched on what my journey was about the other day. Or, atleast what I tried to emphasize!
This was so cool, concerning Christ's lineage too.....
From the time of Genesis 9, we learn where Noah chose Shem and gave him the Lord's blessing, followed in a long succession, by Abram(Abraham), into the land of Cannan.
How through the line of Jesse, a son, called David, came forth, and slew a Phillistine giant! In Isaiah,we are given a glimpse into a wonderful "Virgin Birth", to come.... That it will happen.....
One who will be called "Emmanuel"....God with us.
All these prophecies from the very first one, have come true!
Isn't that absolutely incredible? That our Mighty God, could take something from the beginning of time, and work it around, to fit it where it would eventually create for us, our very own Salvation,in Jesus Christ?
Now, that's really a prophecy of putting some "Light" on the subject, and some thought into creation!
