The book of Phillippians,on the other hand, tells us to think on things, that are of good report, and if there is anything of excellence,(which far excells beauty) then we are to think on these things!
A much nicer idea,I think!
Don't think it comes in a capsule, though!

I just love life, and have a best friend, of 58 years........Good Character is very important to me.The best thing I did for myself this year, was to memorize the book of Phillippians! It has been a godsend to me!
