SHOW YOURSELF APPROVED

When you are learning to drive, and the instructor gives you all the correct information, for you to pass the test, and drive, it still wouldn't be enough, without your having actually gone through the driving experience itself,now would it?
You need to go through some of the driving experiences, yourself, to see how you would react, in different situations.
You may have the head knowledge,but you need to put it into actual everyday use.......
In this same way,I think,God has placed us in the middle of different trials, and tribulations, to see how we will react.We've been given His word as our guideline, to hold onto in the midst of our daily storms, but unless we hold onto,and use them, we aren't taking full advantage of His promises.
"Study to show yourselves approved".....and you will eventually receive your drivers license.....
"Study and show yourselves approved".......and you will learn the word of God, so that others may see Him living in you.....
