MATCHING PLAIDS

One of the things I enjoyed doing in my high school Home Economics class, was to sew different kinds of outfits for our yearly fashion show. I would cover buttons and make button holes on some pretty dresses, but one of my sharpest outfits was a fall colored plaid skirt and matching vest. I had to make sure the plaids matched when I brought them together, or the whole outfit would be off kilter, and it just wouldn't be right! Even covering the buttons was a challenge, but I was always up for it!
It's the same way in our Christian walk. We have to make sure our Christian talk, and our Christian walk match up, so we can model the true character of Christ on earth!
