EAT YOUR PEAS

I received the sweetest blessing in the mail today. As many of you know, I keep in touch with Cheryl Karpen, who writes those delightful books called "Eat Your Peas."She writes them for a variety of people and situations, and I first found her series when I was looking for my Mom's.
I found a book for healing hearts, and they just loved her thoughts for helping overcome loss!I immediately emailed her and told her what a joy the book was to my Mom's and we have developed a fast friendship ever since then! Well, today, she sent me the most delightful little book, entitled"Eat Your Peas" ....Faithfully.....(Simple Truths and Happy Insights)Inside each page is a short story, filled with her insight and truth, and at the bottom is scripture to support her thoughts!
What a blessing to me!
He refreshes those who are themselves refreshed!
What a quiet stream beside still waters this friend I've never met is to me!
She takes our still, stagnant thoughts and stirs them into life.
I think she must have learned that lesson from our Lord!
