A FIRM FOUNDATION

On Saturday mornings, when I was a little girl I use to go with my Daddy, on many of his building jobs.He would inspect the work, that the job crews had done, during the week, and if there were any of the men there, that day, they would always allow me to "help" some......(I'm not sure what good I did,but it was fun!)
Daddy always stressed the importance of a rock solid foundation, when building a home, and I think that was one of the reason's, that his homes were always long lasting and so well built!
It's the same way in our homes today.The foundation is the most important structure of the family. Just as the walls,and ceiling won't stand firm, under a shaky floor, neither will children stand firm, under a weak, or unconcerned parents.
Their foundation, must be laid down on the solid word of God; cemented in His precepts, so that they will never give way.
His word is one solid rock foundation folks, and it "ain't never givin' away".......
