THE BEGINNING OF THE JOURNEY

..........There were enough people who didn't know how my "Journey's" got started,so I decided to tell the story once again. It is, after all, kinda neat, in itself, and worth repeating! ................................................................................................
After 911, I was pretty torn up, and wanting to reach out to people, but not knowing how, until one night, as I was going to bed,this "Voice",whom I presumed to be from God, said:"I want you to send encouraging emails out to people". Now, I was pretty sure this voice must have been from God, because I was carrying on a conversation with it(Him), and I don't talk to air! I said,"Okay, what do You want me to call this email?" To which He replied,"Journey To Christ". I kid you not, folks.......This was wild for me. As I put my head on my pillow, I thought, I have just been visited by the voice of God, and I better get busy with writing something fast! So, the following morning, was my first entry on November 23rd,2001..........3 years ago!
My goodness, how I have grown!(My first entry The 1st Road)
Sometimes, the 1st road we take to our destination, seems to be the one that we think is going to be the quickest and the smoothest............and then we have a flat tire,or we get lost.It seems like the first thing we do, is to become impatient. We've got to hurry up and get there, instead of taking just a little bit of time, and enjoying God's roadside landscapes.
.........Thanks for continuing on my journey with me. There's never a dull moment, and we always know who the Victor is,at the end of this journey! Jesus Christ!
