FAITHFUL AND INGENIOUS
............I have been writing my "Journey's" now, for 903 days, and always with the idea of coming closer and closer to Christ, in my walk. Oh, what a small road I started out on,in October, of 2001, and yet, God, inHis infinite faithfulness, has allowed me to stumble, succeed, and even move away, from 25 security filled years in Aiken,SC, and chart new courses in Beaufort,SC.
............It never cease to amaze me, that my God follows my progress daily, and is right there, for me, with just as much concern, if I have a cold, as when I had my brain hemmoragh in 1996. I mean, who, in the whole world, would ever dream of moving the radiologist, who read my charts, when I suffered my cerebral brain hemmoragh, from Aiken Regional Hospital, all the way down to Beaufort Memorial Hospital?.........Only God could have orchestrated that one!...."It just so happened", that I had to have a hip replacement in December, of 2003, and needed to have an X-ray done, so I very smugly re-introduced myself to this radiologist, and boy was he surprised! He even thought I looked a little better, since the last time, he had seen me!(I guess having to have your head shaved, before, counts, huh?)
The funny thing, though, is when I had to have a mammogram done. The technician found a dark spot on the X-Ray, and when she told me,I told her to contact this particular radiologist, and he might be able to clear up any confusion.(I thought I was pretty sure I knew what it was!) I didn't want to get all upset, if it was what I thought......When she returned, she was smiling too.........Seems he told her, that the tubing from my shunt for the brain hemmoragh goes under my right breast, and will always show up spotty!
Now, you tell me, that I don't have a faithful and ingenious God, to do all of this, for little 'ole me?!
