ABIDING FATHER

O My Abiding Father,as I seek counsel from You and give You the worthy praise and adoration that You so richly deserve, please grant me discernment. Help me, each day, to weed through all the garbage that I hear, and to seek Your word, and Your wisdom. Help me to find what it is that You would have me do in today's world. Help me to be a difference Lord, and not just make a difference. There are so many areas that pull my attention away from You,Lord, so remind me that Your word is the bread of Life. Help me to weed through what isn't necessary, and search ....really search for what is godly and worthy of Your stamp of approval.
