SACRIFICE

I'm sitting out here on the porch, at Edisto, just listening to "The Light", and thinking.......... Really just wondering and thinking if there are any of us out there who would actually do what Abraham did, and be willing to sacrifice their only child to God? Even if we knew that this child was to be the "Chosen One", would we? Geeze oh Pete, is that a rough one for this Mother! You think you would! You hope you would! Such faith,that Abraham had, and such trust in our God! Even today, as we go about our everyday lives, and do our everyday things,it is such comfort to me,to know I can plug into my Lord, for the least little thing, and even that "little tiny thing" will be regarded as "big" to Him.......
Kinda like my faith.It may seem small in the eyes of others, but to me, it's big, and I know it comes to God as big, and that's what counts.......
