SHOES ! SHOES ! SHOES !

I just love shoes! My Mother did too, so I come by it honestly!
As I listened to David Jeremiah this morning,I had to chuckle, because, if our shoes are the "shoes of the gospel of peace", then my peace will be colored in
Orange!Blue!Pink!Red!Purple!Green!Yellow!Camel!.......Oh yes,and Black!.......Well, you get the picture! If I'm gonna spread the peace of Christ, why do it in drab,dull,and dreary colors? He calls for exciting, amazing and bold statements of peace!
So, now when you see me in my array of color......all matching hopefully........please notice the shoes!
The peace of Christ, in our lives, is soooooooooo important, and I don't know about you, but if I take the time to put on the breastplate of righteousness, after I put on the girdle of truth(this might be the only time I wear a girdle folks!) and then leave off my shoes, I don't think I will stand very strong, now, will I?
That's why I love all the colors of my shoes.They remind me of how colorful God's peace is..............It is filled with the boldness of His Sacrificial love, and tempered with His calming, and compassionate, but colorful life of giving to others.
It is filled with the very essence of warming colors that are the very heart of life,"Himself".......
