GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Oh how I loved that old song, as I thought about my dear, sweet, grandmother Bouterse. If, I wanted to know what God was like,all I had to do, was look at the characteristics of this precious lady(age spots and all!)
Yes, getting to know her, was alot like getting to know my Lord, because she seemed to shine with His love and mercy. As a little girl, I thought she did too!
I know that she surely did instill in me,so much of God's love for us, by sending His Son,Jesus.
Now that's really geting to know us!
