PROPER TEA

When you went to have tea with May, she always had to steep it properly. None of this slipping the tea bag in a cup of luke warm water...No sir! You took a tea kettle and let it come to a full rolling boil, and let it whistle away. Then place some tea leaves in a tea comforter and let it steep with a lid over it. I don't like mine too dark, but that didn't matter to May.
Sometimes, when God wants to enjoy us, He has to steep us in the darker, hot waters of life too. That way, we will soak in the essence of a more godly person. He may leave us in the bitterness of pain for longer than we would like, but He knows what we can stand, and knows the lessons we need to learn.
When He's sure we have drawn all the aroma out of the creator that we need, He will remove us from and allow us to be enjoyed as the choice morsal He created us to be!
