FEATHERLITE

Grandmother Bouterse had a little Singer "featherlite" sewing machine, that she would set up on her porch, and sew away on, and she would often make me many of my back to school dresses when I was in elementary school.
I remember when she got her first button attachment for her machine.
She was so excited, because she knew it would add so much to her machine.
In truth though, it didn't help her very much at all, because she used zippers, and hook 'n' eyes more! ......No, that button attachment did help her at all!
God's word is the same way! It doesn't need a thing added to it, because it was fine the very first time it was spoken!
He didn't need to attach salvation plus baptism!
He didn't need to attach salvation plus circumcision!
Nope! He didn't need to add anything to it!
Salvation, plus nothing!
Just Salvation by Grace alone!
Instead of her featherlight, she had a "Jesus Light" called "Grace Alone"
