THE CUP DIDN'T PASS

This just blows my mind........

Can you imagine, having such a close......and I do mean close.......relationship with your Father, that even though you loved each other with everything in you, he could still turn around and pour out his anger and wrath on you for something that you didn't even do?!
Well, this is exactly what Jesus' Father did to Him......
They were sooooo close, and yet, when Jesus knowingly became our "guilt offering" for things that He didn't do, God couldn't even associate with Him anymore......
Until He became Spotlessly clean..... I mean, He couldn't have anything to do with His own Son!.......Wow!
Having lost a son, that blows my mind!
I think this is why, He wants this cup to pass over Him, when He is in the Garden of Gesthemane. This is the cup, that He knows, will sever His sweet relationship with His Heavenly Father above......
My,oh,My.......
It's no wonder why He needed prayer......
It's no wonder why we do too........
